Micky ScottBey Jones, and Ahmad Wazir will present the Awareness to Action Enneagram approach to working with the instinctual biases, an approach that is based on working with the Enneagram with individuals and groups of all kinds on five continents over the last 25 years. The Awareness to Action approach to the three instinctual biases—Preserving, Navigating, and Transmitting—expands on and updates the traditional concepts of these biases as three “instincts,” bringing them to life in a new way.
